Location

The project is to create a high quality special needs school buildings for 84 primary school students, 120 secondary school students and 55 teaching and support staff in a 3 stage development.

The site redevelopment is low rise and is considered a moderate expansion of school site in response to a growing demand for special needs education.

Stage 1 - Blocks B1+B2 are two new buildings that will house the new secondary school.
Stage 2 - Block A is to be upgraded based on existing facility. It retains the primary teaching areas, while Administration and Staff areas and a new Library are to be constructed.
Stage 3 - Block C is a multi-purpose hall building for the school.
