Completion of a  3 part master plan to upgrade the exiting site from 2 to 3 full streams, this modern development created 7 groups of 3 GLA spaces, a shared collaborative space, a new Resource centre and for the first time in the School’s history, dedicated outdoor learning and grassed areas on the main site
. 
Students are now able to break out from the library into a dedicated undercroft space that is to be expanded in the second and third phases of the project.
GSA have been involved since the project conception, assisting with the initial master plan, CBGA funding application and negotiations, approval and documentation phases.  and expanded providing a new entry and street presence for the campus.
